Important: How Your Booking & Payment Works
Only €20 per person is charged when you make your booking.
Entrance to Coves de Sant Josep is subject to ticket availability, and the time selected on our website cannot be guaranteed until we confirm the available cave entrance with the official ticket system.
For this reason, we do not charge you the full tour price when you make your initial booking.
Instead, we charge only a €20 per person booking deposit, which allows us to secure your reservation and arrange the cave tickets.
If your selected time is available:
We will confirm your booking and cave entrance time.
If your selected time is not available:
We will contact you and offer the closest available times or alternative options. We will only proceed once the new time has been agreed with you.
Remaining Balance
Once your booking and entrance time have been confirmed, the remaining balance must be paid no later than 24 hours before the trip.
So you can book without paying the entire tour price before we have confirmed that the cave entrance you need can actually be arranged.
