These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of traveltovalencia.com (the “Website”) and the purchase of services from Travel to Valencia (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our Website, requesting a quote, or booking any service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or book services.


1) Our services

We provide curated travel experiences and concierge services in Valencia and surrounding regions, including:

  • Private transfers (airport, city, long-distance)

  • Chauffeur services (by the hour / full day)

  • Experiences (Land/Sea/Air where available through partners)

  • “Instant Booking” fixed day escapes (private vehicle + driver standby)

  • Optional add-ons: guides, reservations, activities, photoshoots, celebrations, etc.

Some services are delivered directly by us; others are provided by carefully selected third-party partners (e.g., guides, boat operators). When partners are involved, you agree that service availability may depend on their operational conditions and schedules.


2) Booking types

A) Instant Booking (book online)

A fixed itinerary/service with defined inclusions and conditions shown on the booking page (e.g., “Day escape with private driver standby”). Your booking is confirmed once payment is received and you receive written confirmation.

B) Request a Quote (custom)

Custom itineraries and tailored experiences are confirmed only once you accept our proposal in writing and any required deposit/payment is received.


3) Prices and what’s included

  • Prices are shown in EUR (€) unless stated otherwise.

  • What is included/excluded is described on each service page and/or your booking confirmation.

  • Unless clearly included, prices typically do not include: meals, tickets/entrance fees, personal expenses, tips, or optional activities.

Taxes: Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors.


4) Payments

  • For Instant Booking, full payment may be required at checkout unless stated otherwise.

  • For custom bookings, we may require a deposit to secure reservations, with the remaining balance due before the service date.

Accepted payment methods: [Card / Stripe / PayPal / Bank transfer / Cash — specify].

If a payment fails or is reversed, we may cancel the booking.


5) Cancellations, changes, and refunds

Because many services involve reserved time and third-party reservations, cancellations may incur charges.

A) Instant Booking day escapes (private transfer + driver standby)

Unless your booking page states different conditions, the following applies:

  • Cancel more than 72 hours before service start: full refund (minus payment processing fees if applicable)

  • Cancel 72–24 hours before: 50% refund

  • Cancel less than 24 hours before or no-show: no refund

Changes (date/time): We will try to accommodate changes subject to availability. Changes requested less than 24 hours before may be treated as a late cancellation.

B) Transfers (airport/city/long-distance)

  • Cancel more than 24 hours before pickup: full refund (minus fees if applicable)

  • Cancel less than 24 hours before or no-show: no refund

C) Experiences with third-party suppliers (boats, guides, tickets, restaurants)

Some bookings are non-refundable once reserved. If third-party suppliers apply stricter terms, those terms will override ours and will be communicated to you before confirmation whenever possible.


6) Waiting time and service time rules (important)

Transfers

  • Standard pickup includes 15 minutes free waiting time  After that, waiting time may be charged at €1 per 15 min.

Airport pickups

  • We track flights when flight details are provided.

  • Free waiting time may be 60 minutes after the actual landing time. If delays are extreme or details are missing, additional waiting may apply.

Day escapes with standby

  • The service includes up to 10 hours total  from pickup time.


7) Client responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate booking details (names, pickup address, times, flight number if applicable)

  • Be on time for pickups

  • Follow safety instructions and local laws

  • Treat vehicles, drivers, guides, and venues respectfully

We may refuse service (without refund) for abusive behavior, unsafe conduct, or illegal activity.


8) Health, safety, and force majeure

Activities may depend on weather, sea conditions, road closures, safety rules, or supplier decisions.

Force majeure includes events outside our reasonable control (e.g., extreme weather, strikes, accidents, government restrictions, supplier shutdowns). In such cases, we may:

  • Offer a reschedule, alternative service, or credit, and/or

  • Refund the portion we can recover from suppliers (some costs may be non-refundable)


9) Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect losses (lost profits, missed flights due to client delays, etc.).

  • Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service, except where law requires otherwise.

  • We are not responsible for third-party services beyond our control, but we will assist you in good faith to resolve issues.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11) Intellectual property

All Website content (text, images, branding) is owned by us or used with permission. You may not copy or reuse it without written consent.


12) Privacy

13) Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of [Valencia, Spain], unless consumer law requires otherwise.
